Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist will focus on growing and engaging audiences for Richtech Robotics and Clouffee & Tea, reflecting a consistent high-tech brand identity. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling messaging, share client success stories, and execute paid promotion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand perception.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality posts, client stories, and campaigns that align with the company’s high-tech identity.
- Paid Promotion: Manage budgets and execute paid social media campaigns to drive follower growth and maximize engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and brand perception; provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Platform Management: Oversee content scheduling, community management, and account interactions for both Richtech Robotics and Clouffee.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy execution.
- Strong knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and paid advertising tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
