Concrete Finisher/Laborer/wall form setter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including finishing, installation, and maintenance. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties

• Prepare and set up concrete forms for pouring.
• Mix and pour concrete according to specifications.
• Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance.
• Apply caulking and sealants as needed for durability.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to concrete finishing.
• Familiarity with caulking techniques and materials.
• Knowledge of hardscape installation processes is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites while following safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
