What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman position at Richter Landscape Company, LLC?
Richter Landscape has an opening in the Landscape Installation Division, as a Foreman.
The ideal candidate for this position must have experience installing and managing Landscape Installation / Construction projects.
Experience in commercial and residential landscaping install and/or construction as a foreman.
The candidate must have a positive attitude and be willing to be creative while working in a team environment. Other helpful qualifications:
- Ability to interact professionally with all clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Ability to be self-motivated and look beyond the obvious task at hand.
- Desire to grow business.
- Desire to grow professionally and personally
- Desire to help others grow professionally and personally
- Able to operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to: dingo, skid steer, mini-x, ect. Safely operates vehicles such as: Cab over dump truck, and truck and trailer combinations.
- A degree in Horticulture is a plus, but not necessary.
