What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Intern position at Richwood Bank?
Information Technology Intern
At Richwood Bank, our purpose is to inspire, protect, and celebrate anything that makes communities thrive.
Have you ever wanted to work for a company that exceptionally lives its values? One hundred and fifty years ago, we began as a small community bank. Today, we are still a community bank - as well as a payroll processing team, a marketing agency, a coffee shop, and more. We have flipped the switch on traditional banking. Yet, we have always aimed to provide the very best customer experience, contribute to the greater good of our local communities, and make every effort to be the best employer in the area with a company culture that works hard to develop, recognize, and award its team members.
The Richwood Bank Information Technology Intern position will support the bank's technology operations by assisting with help desk requests, hardware / software troubleshooting, system maintenance, and basic network tasks. Individuals in this position will work closely with experienced IT professionals to gain hands-on experience in banking technology systems, cybersecurity practices, and customer service. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and contribute to a community-focused financial institution's technological initiatives. This position will complete and present a final project outlining their experience as an Intern with Richwood Bank and what conclusions they have made and knowledge they have gained.
Richwood Bank prides itself on unique culture and all team members should be active and engaged participants.
