West Virginia based top quality Conveyor Component Manufacturer is seeking Full-Time Field Service Technicians for installation and service of our equipment in the mining industry in central Utah, Colorado and Wyoming.
Summary:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance within manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Service Manager, your role will leverage your mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. You will utilize your expertise in welding and fabrication while demonstrating strong communication skills to interact with clients. Your ability to work with schematics and various electrical systems will be crucial in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers, contributing to their operational success.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- MSHA Surface and/or Underground Miner Qualifications
- Conveying Equipment Maintenance Experience
- Mechanical Fabrication Skills
- Torch Cutting and Welding Skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Job Requirements:
- Weekend, Weekday, and Holiday Work Schedule as Needed
- Travel to Customer Location
- Some shift work
- Some Overnight Stays
- Ability to Lift up to 100 lbs.
- New Miner training may be provided for select candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
