What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Pastor Administrator position at Richwoods Christian Church?
Position: Lead Pastor Administrator
Part-time- 20-24hrs/week
In-person with remote flexibility
Position Summary: The Lead Pastor Admin will work closely with the Lead Pastor in providing administrative support. This will require a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and communication strategies of Richwoods as well as a growing knowledge of the administrative needs of the Lead Pastor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Lead Pastor schedule
- Return all LP phone calls and determine response/need
- Manage scheduling and comms with Chaplaincy responsibilities (PFD, County Coroner)
- Proofread and sharpen email communication (as needed by LP)
- Communication and scheduling of all Elder, Executive, and Lead Team meetings
- Manage all requests for wedding, funeral, meetings, events
- Monitor the cmanbeck@richwoods.org email account
- Coordinate travel as needed
- Weekly check-in calls/meetings
- Planning for retreats, speaking engagements, and yearly vision trips
