The Rick Case Automotive Group is looking for an Social Media Coordinator to join the team!
Job Duties:
- Build and execute social media strategy based on management’s direction
- Oversee Social Media and customer reviews.
- Engage in responses to reviews through review channels
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs; report on effectiveness of campaigns
- Monitor trends in social media and customer reviews
- Actively listen to brand and related topics of conversation in social space
- Generate, edit and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages Yes You Can! community to engage and act
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social metrics and insights to refine campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments (customer service, product, content, etc.) to develop engaging content
- Attend company events to capture engaging social media content
Requirements:
· Able to commit and commute to this opportunity, freelance/remote work is not available
· Understanding and use of different social media platforms
· Talented copywriter who can be impactful in brand voice
· Demonstrated visual and aesthetic sensibilities to create and share effective, high quality visual content
· Understanding of SEO and the relationship between social media and SEO
· Awareness of which content works best on which platform and the nuances of each platform
· Ability to communicate in a friendly way with customers on both brand issues and customer service challenges
· Well-versed in developing and executing content marketing strategies
· Firm grasp on social video trends and what video networks are ideal for specific strategies
- MUST BE IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA AREA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
