Qualifications
Qualified candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in land development and / or public works, plus BSCE or the equivalent work experience of five (5) years.
Experience must include :
- Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final
- Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects
Design skills should include :
AutoCAD / Civil 3D or CAD experience required.
Knowled.ge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures in the State of Colorado is a plus
A good driving record is a must.
