Summary Of Position
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean and restock restrooms, clean windows, line trash cans. Hours are typically from 9 am to 1 pm.
Duties & Responsibilities
Vacuum floors.
Sweep and mop flooring.
Dusting of ledges, artwork, blinds, etc ...
Clean and restocking of restrooms.
Cleaning windows / glass surfaces, so no fingerprints or marks are seen.
Bag and haul trash to our dumpster.
Lining of trash cans with new trash bags.
Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
Prep assigned items when necessary. Measure and assemble ingredients and prepare recipes and menu specifications in accordance to company standard.
Education
Job Qualifications:
Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Requirements
No previous restaurant experience required.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must maintain personal hygiene in accordance to DHEC and company standards.
Punctuality and regular, reliable attendance.
Honesty and integrity.
Have reliable transportation.
