Job Overview:
We're seeking candidates with a strong enthusiasm for the Porsche brand, a high affinity for teamwork, and who enjoy going the extra mile for our clients. The Assistant Service Manager supports the Service Manager and service team in overseeing the daily operations of the Porsche Service Department. This role ensures a seamless customer experience, maximizes department efficiency, and fosters a collaborative environment for our technicians, advisors, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have a solid automotive background, great leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with all service advisor responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and professionally, assess their service needs, provide accurate repair estimates, ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, and maintain relationships and trust with our client base.

Assist the service team in managing appointments, scheduling, hiring, training, etc.
Monitor department KPIs, including efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvement strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate parts availability for service operations.
Uphold Porsche brand standards and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies.
Assist in handling escalated customer issues and provide resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
Stay current on Porsche training and certifications to maintain a high level of technical knowledge.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive service management or advisor role, preferably with a luxury or high-performance brand.
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations and technical concepts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency with dealership management software (Dealertrack, xTime, MyKaarma, or similar)
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
