Automotive Parts Counterperson

Join our growing team at Rick McGill's Airport Toyota. We are currently taking applications for a Parts Counterperson

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls professionally and providing price quotes and other information as needed.
• Reviewing body shop estimates and service repair orders for accuracy to ensure all orders and quotes are correct.
• Pulling and filling orders from stock.
• Checking in and putting away stock orders.
• Setting up orders for shipments or pick up.
• Assisting service technicians and advisors by providing quotes, issuing parts, and providing requested information.
• Pulling and packaging parts for return to Toyota as needed.
• May be called upon to deliver or pick up parts when needed.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of automotive parts experience is required. Dealership experience is preferred, but parts store of other relevant experience will be considered.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Experience with CDK computer system is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, internet proficiency, and general math skills.
• Valid Driver's License and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
• Ability to work during normal business hours, including rotating evenings & Saturdays, or as otherwise needed for special occasions.
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Pre employment drug screen is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
