Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and organize data using Excel, creating reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights to the team.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks including organizing meetings, drafting communications, and providing general assistance where needed.
- Communicate effectively across different platforms (written, phone, and in-person) with team members and stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify trends and help with decision-making, particularly in retail analytics and product replenishment.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows (experience with advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc. is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who is proactive and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle data analysis with precision.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative or analytical role.
- Retail analytics experience is highly valued (but not required)—especially with product trends and inventory replenishment.
- A strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle new challenges and responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: In-office (Memphis, TN)
- Friday: Remote preferred
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $25 - $35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
