Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Collect payment from tenants and tend to their property management needs
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar - Data entry (invoices, receipts, etc)
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
