What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer - Crew Apprentice position at Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking Inc?
Apprentice Carpenters: If you’re new to building and need a little training before becoming a Crew Leader then start in our apprentice training program.
You’ll start at $19-$22 an hour plus overtime, based on skill level and experience.
As soon as your training is finished, we’ll get you in to a leader position on a 2-
person crew with a considerable hourly pay increase based upon performance.
Job Duties
- Hands on building of residential exterior projects like fences, decks, and covers
- Communicating with customers
- Using a simple app to record job information and materials
- Working with a crew leader to complete your projects efficiently and completely.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Is Well-organized
- Effectively manages time and priorities
- Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work
- Has good written and verbal communication skills
- Has an aptitude for problem solving
- Must have a Valid Driver's License.
All required tools and a truck will be provided.
