Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dealership with F&I background.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a designated sales within the dealership.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Must have a valid sales license.
- F&I Experince with Prime and Subprime Lenders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and strategies is preferred.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics related to our products/services is a plus.

Pay: $48,500.00 - $95,000.00 per year
