As a Civil Engineering Project Manager in RICK’s land development department, you will have an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team on meaningful, landmark projects in the Phoenix region. As a RICK team member, you will help Clients and communities turn their dreams into reality. You will learn from and work alongside industry-leading experts and together shape the future of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationship with Clients and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project including being an expert on the design process, providing regular progress updates, and managing expectations on project schedule.
- Manage all phases of land development projects including site evaluation, project scoping and proposal, preparation of design plans and reports, and leading the review and permitting process.
- Foster a collaborative Team culture that emphasizes efficient and consistent processes and mentoring and professional development.
