What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Manager position at Ricks on the River?
Ricks on the River is a high-volume family-owned restaurant. We are right on the water near downtown Tampa. We have been a leader in the Community for over 30 years! We are looking for a motivated FOH Manager who can use your ability to motivate, teach and lead your team to impress our customers while creating an environment your team enjoys working in. You should enjoy shoulder to shoulder teaching, never cut corners, and lead by example.
Responsibility’s
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Manage costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Take ownership and treat the restaurant as if it was your own
- Resolving customer incidents and working to ensure positive guest experiences
- Developing and cross-training all front-of-house staff. Assisting with staff performance reviews and the resolution of performance issues
