Job Summary:The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for engaging with clients to address inquiries, manage leads, and ensure a seamless transition through the sales pipeline. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding leads to successful completion, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and client engagement strategies.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to drive progress through the sales pipeline and ensure timely closure.
  • Analyze client feedback and inquiry trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on lead management activities and outcomes for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or lead management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $43,000.00 per year
