We are looking for a motivated receptionist/office assistant to greet the customers and help the sales staff. Duties of the receptionist/office assistant include greeting customers, answering phones, taking payments, filing, assisting with deal paperwork, and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well with other employees. If you have previous experience in office work, we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Greet customers
- Take payments
- Orders office supplies
- Assist with accounts receivable
- File paperwork
- Miscellaneous clerical work
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- No felonies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous office experience is a plus
- Good communication skills

Pay: $15.57 - $16.01 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
