About the Role:Ricochet360 is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This hybrid role requires both in-office and remote work, with occasional travel for business needs. The role will be split approximately 50% business-related tasks and 50% personal support. The ideal candidate will be an independent and resourceful professional who excels at managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. You should be comfortable keeping track of information as soon as it is discussed, following up on tasks consistently, and adjusting to an ever-changing, flexible schedule. Occasional travel and the ability to drive to various locations will be required.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating business travel arrangements. You will also assist with personal tasks and errands, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A key responsibility of this role is proactively managing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met without constant supervision, and formulating solutions to any challenges that arise. The ability to think critically and create effective plans independently is essential to success in this position.
You will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing the executive’s business and personal needs, which includes coordinating meetings, events, travel, and other administrative functions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while working independently are key to this role’s success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to formulate plans and solutions independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business-related needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office presence with remote flexibility.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
