Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis, gap identification, and requirements definition for large projects.
- Provide in-depth functional/application expertise, including quality reviews on design and testing.
- Offer cross-functional expertise around the assigned function.
- Recommend alternatives to business challenges.
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategy and challenges, define requirements, and implement new processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with team leads, business leadership, and Project Manager to ensure integration across the enterprise.
- Execute projects and initiatives in compliance with defined processes and controls.
- Monitor critical path activities and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Drive the design and implementation of new business processes with required system configuration.
- Stay abreast of the latest tools, applications, and techniques in the assigned area.
- Recommend approaches to business problems, consult on technology challenges, and implement cross-functional solutions.
- Participate in decision-making around technology strategy, analyze technical viability, and guide complex project delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or Accounting field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in gathering requirements and documentation.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in testing and defect management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex IT projects.
- Experience managing large to medium-sized projects that span the company enterprise.
- Proven ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional discussions.
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of ERP technologies (preferably Oracle eBusiness Suite) and Sales solutions such as SFA and CRM.
- Hands-on experience in gathering requirements, driving design, and owning solutions end-to-end.
- Familiarity with Sales, Order to Cash lifecycle.
- Experience negotiating competing or conflicting business requests.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to interpret business needs and create complex solutions.
- Conduct research on best practices and document solutions.
- Effective communication skills at multiple levels, including negotiation.
