Site Leader Position Profile
Accountable for the daily operations of a small site and acts as a go-to person for a small team by reporting and escalating facility-related issues to assigned leadership. Assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer service level expectations are met. Responsible for performing the contracted office services including, but not limited to: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail services. The Site Leader is the point person on-site for customer issues and contract compliance for sites with no Site Manager assigned.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily print production operations to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Operate and troubleshoot print equipment, with Fiery experience a plus. Stay updated on print technologies.
- Prepare files for print using Adobe Suite. Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Digital Store Front.
- Manage time and tasks to meet deadlines. Delegate tasks effectively.
- Create reports using Office 365, manage data in Excel. Track production metrics.
- Provide strong customer service and regular project updates. Address client concerns promptly.
- Driving personal vehicle as needed for MPS service calls.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Implement safety protocols and conduct training.
- Oversee MPS Printer fleet SLAs to ensure timely and high-quality service calls, toner and consumable management.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 2 years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
- Previous training experience strongly preferred.
- Previous 2 years of customer-facing work experience required.
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of technology.

- Some physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that could weigh up to 50 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts, etc.).
