Job Summary
This position supports the provision of services to clients in a corporate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for mailroom activities, shipping and receiving duties, customer support, reporting preparation, and other departmental tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mailroom activities, including sorting and distributing mail, packages, and other items.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, using pallet jacks for efficient item movement.
- Scan and input all incoming and outgoing items into the TRAC database.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records and logs according to management guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, and 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer skills.
- Professional presence for customer-facing interactions.
