Start your career with a competitive wage starting at $35k a year, with the potential to earn up to $40k with bonus opportunities. The bonus structure includes a 5% bonus after certification in the first year, a 7% bonus in the second year, and a 10% bonus after three years. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SKILLED PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN

As a Skilled Pest Control Technician at Rid-A-Bird, your day begins with property assessments and strategic planning to mitigate bird nuisances. You implement innovative bird control strategies, providing relief to residential and commercial clients

Engage with clients, educating them on bird behavior and recommending tailored solutions. Whether working at heights or on rooftops, you expertly execute preventative measures to ensure bird-free environments. By day's end, you take pride in your impact, knowing you've effectively resolved pest issues. This is the professional role of a Rid-A-Bird Skilled Pest Control Technician.

YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE

We are hiring for part-time and full-time positions, typically working from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays. Our base is in Phoenix, AZ, but you'll also venture to various locations as needed for bird abatement projects.
