Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pest control products and techniques safely and effectively, following all regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and recommendations for ongoing pest management.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, pest control techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environmental conditions.
- Sales experience is a plus to help promote additional services to clients.
