Job Overview
MUST BE 20 YEARS AND 6 MONTHS OF AGE BY APRIL 1ST, 2025. We are looking for seasonal Pest Control Technicians for the summer! This an opportunity to make $15,000 to $25,000 in a 4 month period! You will work and live in one of the following markets:
Atlanta, GA
Raleigh, NC
Destin, FL
Salt Lake City, UT
Myrtle Beach, SC
Charleston, SC
Virginia Beach, VA
We will assign locations as we come closer to the start date. We will try to assign everyone based on preference, but first come first serve!
This is an excellent opportunity to make great money in the summer and it will give you first had experience with B2C sales and the service industry. No previous experience required. You must be 20 years and 6 months of age with a valid drivers license. As long as you can provide basic, kind, customer service, drive a company provided vehicle, and be able to be trained by our seasoned technicians, you will be eligible for this job!
Pay is $18/hr with guaranteed overtime work at time and a half ($27/hr). Working hours are 10AM to 8PM Monday through Friday. There is potential to work Saturdays and make even more overtime pay
We will offer $500 to travel out the location you are assigned. You will also receive $500 for every 500 jobs completed. Housing will be covered once you service 500 jobs. You will have the opportunity to service 12-15 homes a day.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as needed.
- Develop customized pest management plans based on the specific needs of each client.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used during each visit.
- Drive to various job sites efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods and best practices.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery related to pest control tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively across multiple job sites.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job locations.
