What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Litigation Case Manager or Paralegal position at Riddle & Brantley, LLP?

North Carolina personal injury firm with a proven track record of high-quality legal services seeks a pre-litigation case manager / paralegal to join our Raleigh team. This position is fast-paced and requires multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities :

Opening insurance claims;
Drafting and sending of legal correspondence (providers, insurance carriers, employers);
Preparing demand packages;
Requesting medical records and billing;
Preparing waiver and reduction letters;
Communication with providers and insurance carriers to verify treatment;
Assisting attorney in managing settlements and preparation of settlement disclosure statements.

Qualifications :

2 years of customer service experience;

Prefer personal Injury experience;

Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe;

Excellent written and verbal communication;

Ability to demonstrate project management and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.

Compensation :

Competitive pay commensurate with skills and experience.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm
