We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bid Support Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing cost proposals for our actively bidding projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong communication skills. You will work closely with our Estimator, Project Managers, and Marketing departments to ensure timely completion of bids.
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining electronic job folders, downloading project documents, reviewing documents for completeness, and uploading project documents into our online bid management platform.
You will also be responsible for making phone calls to subcontractors, recording which companies will send proposals, and proactively following up until receiving each proposal.
