This role involves collaborating with the Estimator, Project Managers, and Marketing departments in preparing cost proposals for work we are actively bidding. The successful candidate will work closely with Architects, Engineers, Owners, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure information is complete and accurate.
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can adapt to our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with local subcontractors.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining electronic job folders, downloading project documents, reviewing documents to ensure completeness, and uploading project documents into our online bid management platform.
The Project Coordinator will also make phone calls to subcontractors, record which companies will send proposals, and proactively follow up until receiving each proposal. Additionally, they will identify and input new subcontractors into our database, help staff prepare bid forms and packages, and create Bid Binders for each project.
