Riddle’s Group, INC. is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Customer Service Associate to join our Outside Sales Division based within our Corporate Headquarters located in Rapid City, SD.
Duties :
- Answering incoming phone calls and transferring accordingly
- Assisting customers with orders, questions, and inquiries
- Manually entering orders from email and phone calls
- Receiving & logging all incoming returns from customers
- Assisting with printing, auditing & preparing orders & tags daily for the factory
- Preparing mail for sales representatives and customers
- Organizing & preparing merchandise samples for : sales representatives, Tradeshows and customers
- Maintaining & updating various excel spreadsheets for the department
- Departmental cross training for back up as needed
Skills / Abilities :
The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to work closely with a variety of inter-company departments including but not limited to : Outside Accounts, Manufacturing, Factory, as well as a variety of management level and office personnel.
This position is based in an office environment with little to no travel.
