Entry-Level Carpenter/Cabinet Maker

Ruby Construction is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Carpenter/Cabinet Maker to join our team! We specialize in crafting high-quality showcases that support retail stores, providing a strong foundation for businesses to shine.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the construction and assembly of custom retail showcases, cabinets, and displays.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
- Sand, finish, and prepare wood surfaces for final installation.
- Work alongside experienced carpenters to learn and develop your skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Basic experience with woodworking tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A team player with good communication skills.
