About us:

We are a full-service plumbing, mechanical, HVAC service, controls, and design-build company.

Primary Purpose of this position:

Loads and delivers construction related materials and equipment to construction sites.  Assists with maintaining parking lot and scrap dumpsters.

Specific job duties: 

• Safely load/unload and secure all types of materials and equipment.
• Count, verify, label and store inbound shipment.
• Maintain clean and organized job storage areas.
• Assist with maintaining, organizing and counting stock inventory.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklift, backhoe, boom lift, etc.
• Safely operate Riddleberger Brothers company vehicles.
• Assist with all aspects of building maintenance including snow removal as required.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required as a minimum, additional training may be required 
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company driver qualification policy.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and frequently carry 40 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to work at heights including climbing on and working from ladders, scaffolding, stairs and manlifts
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and normal lifting and bending that would typically be required in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to use hands to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects

• Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner

• Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Punctual and regular attendance
• Ability to work as a team and interact with people
• Participate in training and educational opportunities as offered or required by the company.
• Ability to travel to job sites.
• Ability to work 8- or 10-hour days, flexible schedule, and overtime when necessary
• Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to meet company driver qualification policy preferred
• Any of duties as assigned by supervisor or management
