Ride Connection is a private, non-profit organization based in Portland Oregon. We provide transportation for people with disabilities, older adults, and others in need of community transportation options. Through a range of services, we promote not only non-emergency medical treatment but also socialization, essential mobility, and independence for thousands of underserved communities in the Portland Metro region every year.
Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, investigative-minded individual for limited duration Business Systems Analyst position. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) position is responsible for managing and optimizing the technological infrastructure that supports operations. This position will liaise with the Software engineer and Business leaders to drive process improvement towards modern business solutions. Topics may include, but are not limited to, cross functional communication, supporting project sprints, technical support, design solutions, implementation of software system and software systems analysis. The BSA will partner closely with the NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) Managers and supervisors to enhance data reporting capabilities, streamline workflows, and support the growth and adoption of technology across Ride Connection NEMT teams and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $72,151 - $108,227 annually. Starting wage will be determined based on direct comparable experience. This is a limited duration position through November 2025.
