As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees by guiding their inquiries to the right HR team members and ensuring they receive timely, accurate assistance. You'll help foster a welcoming environment by maintaining strong employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes. In addition to being a trusted resource for employees, you'll assist with HR initiatives and projects, always using discretion and care when handling sensitive information. If you're passionate about supporting people and making a meaningful impact in an HR role, we'd love to hear from you!

Who You Are
- Supporting employees is your passion. You enjoy going the extra mile to ensure that everyone feels supported, heard, validated, and served.
- You can maintain your composure in a crisis or tense situation and help others keep their cool as well.
- You are a proactive problem-solver and a regular Sherlock / Enola Holmes when it comes to solving riddles. You can pull out your magnifying glass, and figure out how disconnected bits of information can be put together to form a complete story.
- You excel at juggling multiple projects with multiple timelines. You can roll with the punches and change gears when needed. Without losing a beat, you split your attention between individual and team projects.
- You are focused on the ongoing work of addressing inequities experienced by people of color, LGBTQIA2 people, low income and houseless populations, and people with disabilities.
- You excel at connecting with others and being an active listener. Additionally, you understand the importance of personal boundaries, respect the boundaries of others, and model healthy boundaries with those you serve to encourage positive boundary-setting for everyone.
- You are known for your eye for detail. Double-checking and triple-checking are a part of how you operate.
- You know that we can all achieve more when we work together. Because of this, you are not afraid to ask for help, support, or even another set of eyes to look over something you've been working on to catch things you may have missed.
