Position: Assistant Studio Manager
Category: Full-Time
Compensation: Salaried plus potential for bonus. Commensurate w/ qualifications

The RIDE Assistant Studio Manager is highly organized and client focused. The Studio Manager may be asked to work 5-10 additional flex-hours during the week based upon studio needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide RIDErs with the highest quality customer service, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner. Communicated customer issues and resolved problems to management.
- Manage scheduling for front desk and maintenance staff.
- Ensure bike issues recorded and confirm completion of all bike maintenance.
- Train, motivate and evaluate all non-Instructor studio staff, creating and maintaining a team that is highly personable, client-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding the studio goals.
- In cases of staff absence, finding replacements or handling the task yourself.
- Ensure high standards of facility cleanliness and appearance are maintained.
- Responsible for communicating all supply needs to Operations Assistant.
- Responsible for maintaining proper merchandising.
- Ensure timely weekly reporting of cash in till.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of luxury/boutique fitness, retail, hospitality or restaurant management experience
- Enthusiasm for fitness, including RIDE
- Work flexible/non-traditional hours (including weekends and some holidays)
Job Type: Full-time, with morning, evening, and weekend shifts required
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
