What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreational and Utility Vehicle Service Technician position at Ride North?
RIDE NORTH in Kingsford MI is actively interviewing for an experienced and versatile service technician
Employees must be able to work around our retail hours of 9am-6pm Tuesday thru Friday and 9a-4pm Saturdays.
The Service Technician's responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
- Perform various repair and maintenance services, including pre-delivery and safety inspections and all necessary repairs and quality inspections to ensure that all systems function properly.
- Must own your own tools
- Performs duties at company established performance levels
- Must has experience repairing and maintaining small engines that we sell/service or closely related -- preferably including some if not all of the following product lines: powersports equipment (ATVs, UTVs/side by sides, dirt bikes, etc), marine equipment (inboard and outboard motors, etc), RVs/campers, tractors/lawn equipment.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Detail oriented person preferred.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
