Duties
- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs using auto estimating techniques.
- Perform automotive repair tasks including bodywork, frame straightening, and panel replacement.
- Execute auto painting tasks utilizing airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a flawless finish.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair processes.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure proper fit and function during restoration.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair or restoration.
- Proficiency in auto painting techniques and familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to use both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their vehicle repairs.
- Knowledge of auto estimating processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
