RideOn Bikes is currently accepting applications for the position of Sales Associate. We are seeking enthusiastic people who enjoy being part of a team and assisting people with bicycles and accessories. This role requires a passion for cycling, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Assist all customers and make appropriate recommendations.
- Demonstrate features and benefits of our bikes and accessories.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and training.
- Work Collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
- Assist with shop opening and closing procedures
- Keep sales floor clean and tidy
- Help with basic tasks such as inflating tires, cleaning bikes and setting up workshops.
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers when moving their bikes for repairs or adjustments.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of bike storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager to support the team and improve shop operations.
