About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs for our employees. Your main goal will be to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and engagement, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. You will work closely with the HR team, department managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree, Education, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

Additionally, your experience in leadership development and organizational development, as well as your knowledge of e-learning platforms and online training tools, will be beneficial in this role.

Hiring Range

90,000 - $120,000 per year

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
