Contract Driver (ISP) – Ride4Health

Position Summary: As an Independent Contract Driver with Ride4Health (R4H), you will be responsible for completing trips assigned to you through the Ride4Health platform. Unlike traditional employment with hourly wages, contract drivers are contracted to provide rides and are compensated based on a percentage of the fares from each completed trip. This flexible, self-driven opportunity is ideal for individuals who already use their vehicles for rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft and want to expand their driving services with a health-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and complete trips assigned through the Ride4Health platform.
• Ensure passengers are safely transported to their designated locations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with passengers at all times.
• Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues in accordance with Ride4Health procedures.

Compensation:

• As a contract driver, you will earn a percentage of the fare for each completed trip.
• The pay structure is commission-based, providing you with the opportunity to increase earnings by completing more trips.

Qualifications:

• Must own and operate a reliable, well-maintained vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet other Ride4Health criteria.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
