Job Summary:
The Fit Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting motorcycles, apparel, and accessories. You will be the go-to expert on bike fitment, customization, and providing expert guidance on gear and accessories, ensuring each customer feels confident and comfortable with their purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the right motorcycle based on their needs, size, and riding preferences.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect fit for helmets, apparel, and accessories.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and maintenance of motorcycles and gear.
- Conduct motorcycle fitment consultations, adjusting handlebars, seats, foot controls, and other components to maximize comfort and performance.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson products, including new releases, features, and trends.
- Maintain a positive and engaging environment for customers, promoting the company lifestyle and brand values.
- Ensure that the showroom and product displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
