RideNow Powersports is a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an out going and highly motivated Parts and Accessories Sales Associate! Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
- Sell fun stuff ( a.k.a. parts and accessories ) to help customers with their personal builds and or maintenance on their units ( a portion of your income is commission on your sales )
- Look up records and enter customer information.
- Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Keep track of special orders and call customers when items have arrived.
- Provide estimates for parts customers require
- Make sure all displays are organized.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with all orders and items received.
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 years of powersports dealership experience desired.
- Retail sales experience required.
- Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
- Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
- Must have cashier experience utilizing POS and or any other systems required to complete sales.
- Must have topnotch organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to desire to learn about our products and parts.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
