We are looking for 2-3 experienced Powersports Sales Representatives to join our growing team! If you have at least 1 year of experience in powersports sales or other big-ticket sales experience (RV, marine, auto, etc.), we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in powersports or other big-ticket items (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, boats, RVs, automobiles, etc.).
- A passion for the powersports lifestyle and strong product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide a high-level customer experience and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales platforms is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers in finding the perfect powersports vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle.
- Educate customers on product features, financing options, and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers.
- Follow up with leads and referrals to maximize sales opportunities.
- Work as part of a high-energy sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume call center environment
- Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads
- Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
- Energetic and Outgoing Personality
- Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
- The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
- Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
- Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
