Powersports Service Advisor

RideNow Powersports, part of the renowned RumbleOn family, is on the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic Powersports Service Advisor to enhance our customer experience at our dealership located in Burleson, TX. If you are someone who loves engaging with customers and has a passion for the powersports industry, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Service Department
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently
• Examine customer vehicles for service needs and provide accurate estimates
• Document vehicle issues and explain repair procedures clearly to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries promptly
• Advise customers on recommended services and promote complementary products
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service advisor role within the powersports or automotive industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential
• Motorcycle endorsement is preferred
• Familiarity with service software and point of sale systems is a plus
