RideNow Powersports Gainesville, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an organized and dependable Desk Assistant with keen attention to detail to join our team in Gainesville, FL!
The Desk Assistant is responsible for supporting both the sales and accounting teams, ensuring deal processing, pipeline management, warranty registration, inventory tracking, and title processing are managed effectively and efficiently. This role invoices handling and tracking documentation across departments and providing operational support to both sales and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Processing: Reviewing deal jackets, check for missing paperwork, signatures, or details, and ensure all documents are completed.
- Warranty Registration: Verify rebates, bonus incentives, and special promotions are correctly applied to each transaction.
- Submit Funding
- Ensure that the sales desk is well stocked with all necessary forms.
- Managing Inventory and Titles
- Processing Titles through web dealer
- License Plate Management: Notify customers when license plates are available or have been mailed out
- Track Lien Payoffs
Requirements:

- Must have at least 1 year of dealership experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
