RideNow Powersports Huntsville, a division of RumbleOn, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Floor Manager to assist our sales professionals in the closing of deals and building of customer relationships. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will motivate and guide your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive superior service at our dealership.

Responsibilities
- Guide & manage the sales operations for new and pre-owned powersports.
- Be a service-driven, visible leader, coach & motivator for the sales team.
- Motivate the sales team daily to meet & exceed sales goals with clear expectations & open communication.
- Track customer traffic in the dealership and manage the sales floor coverage for the best customer experience.
- Understand the process of structuring sales deals, including financial options and F&I product objectives.
- Close sales with guests, including the introduction and selling of F&I products.
- Explain financing options and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the purchase experience.
- Present numbers and close deals for the sales team.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive Dealership in Sales
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a leadership role in dealer (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Closer, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- A motorcycle endorsement is not required but welcomed
- A passion for powersports and understanding of the products and industry is strongly desired
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.
- Strong knowledge of finance products and deal structure
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills
