Responsibilities
- Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!
- Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales
- Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers
- Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans
- Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques
- Follow a well-structured sales process (that works!)
- Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions
- Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry
- Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Attention to detail and organized
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked
- Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps
- Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required
- Punctuality is key
