Responsibilities
- Assist guests through the purchase process from start to finish ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!
- Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers
- Work hand in hand with our Parts and Service departments to achieve a smooth and satisfactory customer experience
- Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers
- Work side by side with a veteran Floor Manager throughout the sales process
- Receive training from a collection of senior managers and sales resources to achieve success out on the sales floor
- Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers
- Stay up to date and follow up with all customers using a state of the art CRM so you never lose touch with them
- Stay up-to-date with our brands, product knowledge, company information, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- NO EXPEREINCE NECESSARY. WE PROVIDE THE TRAINING TO MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Previous Powersports experience is a plus. Product knowledge training available
- Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked
- Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required
- Bilingual is a plus!
