About the Role
Ridepanda is seeking a Hub Manager to lead our Washington, DC hub. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven team leader with a passion for micro-mobility and a background in bicycle and e-bike maintenance.
As the Hub Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, foster a high-performance team culture, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for key performance metrics, inventory management, event coordination, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Foster a positive and inclusive hub culture, mentoring and coaching team members for career growth.
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular briefings to communicate performance goals, key metrics, and business updates.
- Utilize empathy and strong interpersonal skills to manage and motivate staff.
Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality service.
- Monitor and track hub performance, including operational metrics, activations, and inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive success.
- Maintain compliance with Ridepanda’s policies and operational standards.
Customer Experience & Brand Presence
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to coordinate events, test rides, and product showcases.
- Establish a strong brand presence within the community and build relationships with local partners.
Technical & Retail Expertise
- Maintain expert knowledge of Ridepanda’s products and services.
- Oversee bicycle and e-bike maintenance, ensuring all vehicles meet quality and safety standards.
- Leverage commercial acumen and merchandising skills to optimize sales and engagement.
- Utilize G-Suite and other software for tracking, reporting, and communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Supervisory or management experience, preferably in the bicycle or micro-mobility industry.
- 5 years of customer service experience,in a retail or service environment.
