Position Overview

Rider University seeks a general maintenance professional. This individual will have the opportunity to apply their skills in a variety of ways across our 280-acre (forty-three buildings). This includes but is not limited to routine general maintenance services requiring the repair / replacement and installation of building components.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated general maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated simple plumbing and electrical experience.
• Demonstrated good organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work from ladders and operate power tools.
• Must have own hand tools
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record is required.
• Satisfactory background and / or DMV checks required.
